4. D'you know...(D'you means 'Do you')

E.g. D'you know where can I find a book shop here?

E.g. Do you have any idea about the new lounge that has opened?

6. Could anyone tell me...?

E.g. Could anyone tell me the name of that website that Mr. Jack mentioned yesterday?
