National Testing Agency (NTA) 

National Testing Agency (NTA) announced UGC NET Dec 2018 exam date today at ntanet.nic.in on 21 Oct 2018. 

National Eligibility Test will be held on 18 Dec 2018 (Tuesday), 19 Dec 2018 (Wednesday), 20 Dec 2018 (Thursday), 21 Dec 2018 (Friday), 22 Dec 2018 (Saturday).

On each day, the national level exam to determine Eligibility for Assistant Professor only or Junior Research Fellowship & Eligibility for Assistant Professor Both in Indian Universities and Colleges will be held in two shifts. 

The first shift shall be from 9:30 AM to 1 PM, and 

second shift will be from 2:30 PM to 6 PM. 

Last reporting time for furst shift is 8:30 AM, and last reporting time for second shift is 1:30 PM. 

Applicants of UGC NET exam shall be intimated about their exam date, shift, centre via admit cardreleasing on 19 Nov 2018.
